Technical mistake in writing. Now corrected.

Re: Practicing or Appearing?

I hate "religious" people. I never want to be like you. Never.

Re: Practicing or Appearing?

he meant you have to do qaza of farz rozay for that time, I think.

Re: Practicing or Appearing?

No … Qaza has to be made for it …for the days during the periods, but no qaza for Salat …

See we dont know that PG ke kisi ke dil main kya hai. If I dont have Darhee, but I always feel guilty and keep asking Allah for forgiveness and to give me tofeeq to have one, then iss mamaly ko tou srif Allah jaanatay hain naa. How do you know that just because I dont have Darhee, I am thinking that its less important.

Re: Practicing or Appearing?

Yes ... Totally agree ... It comes down to character ... It's the desire to put all of the huquq in their rightful places ... That may still be praiseworthy if the desire is there, but the rightful places are not known correctly ... But there are many factors that play out here ... Too many to write about ... I did understand your stance, but I had to state earlier that it was a dangerous premise to argue by using fiqh rulings of exceptional circumstances to prove a point ... It doesn't always work like that.

Re: Practicing or Appearing?

pata chal jata hay jub Log dosroon ki darhe or perday ka mazaaq banaain ...halankay woh namaz bhi perhtay hain or rozay bhi rakhtay hain or bohat ba ikhlaaq bhi hotay hain

lakin na un ko darhee ache lagte hay na perda...or woh is per bat bhi kertay hain ...

or i think is point per to app agree kerain gay ..kay sunnat ya farz ka inkaar ya mazak uranay wala imaan say nikal jata hay !

its not related to topic i know ..lakin door ka rishtay daar banta hay yeh reply is topic ka : P

My wife is very passionate about good character … And I am witness to some people being of amazing character who didn’t have a beard …but I have also seen brilliant characters with beards … It proves that the beard is not about character … It is more complicated than that.

Let’s say different people have their own differing nemeses … And what may be easy for one person is hard for another … As long as each person holds the ideal in their minds eye as a certain place which is coherent with the majority and strive to achieve that then what they achieve is less important than what effort they put in … And what effort they put in is less important than that ideal balance in their system of beliefs being correct and true.

Re: Practicing or Appearing?

just coz you keep tally of this stuff, i haz beard, and i do hijab of my gaze. :o

Re: Practicing or Appearing?

Wear it, but if you can't wear it then try, if you can't try then desire it ... If you can't desire it then seek help to desire it.

But at least know where it goes and believe/accept it ...

Re: Practicing or Appearing?

Good boy!

Re: Practicing or Appearing?

I am sorry PG. aap ko bura lage gaa, but this hiqarat is more common in the group who had darhee and does hijaab. My wife knows bunch of hijabi/namazi ladies in her mosque, who comment on other ladies (lack of) eeman, like its their god given right. They told my wife that dont send your daughters to read quran with Somali Kids, kyun ke somali bus aisay waisy hee muslaman hotay hain. Fact is that somalis are amongst best of the Muslims. Their daughters start doing hijab from probably age 3, and almost every other Somali teenage is Haafiz of about to be. They never miss a namaz.

I've seen similar type of people passing judgments on new converts.

anyayws, ab yeah behes personal ho jaa'ai gee, iss liye I am ending it here.

I agree.

Re: Practicing or Appearing?

You see no one caught this yet … But I know for sure you may hate “religious” people, but you totally love religious people … All the difference is in those quotes … I’m trying my hardest to lose those quotes … Well not my hardest …
