I really appreciate SR comments and I’ve my full sympathy with that girl who surely belongs to a poor family and behavior of pathetic member of pathetic party who claimed the voice of poor is totally pathetic.

One thing I fail to understand is the logic by which the CJ says that Waheeda Shah beating the polling agent is a graver act as compared to the FC people killing Sarfraz Shah.

One the one hand we have a landlord basically hitting some “mazara”, how ever bad was the act at least no one was killed. On the other hand the people responsible for providing security to the people became trigger happy and killed a man. Killing and slapping, can there be a comparison?

پاکستان کے صوبہ سندھ کے ضلع ٹنڈو محمد خان سے پیپلز پارٹی کی رکن صوبائی اسمبلی وحیدہ شاہ کے خلاف الیکشن قوانین کے تحت مقدمہ درج کر لیاگیا ہے۔
وحیدہ شاہ پر ایک پولنگ سٹیشن پر پریزائڈنگ افسر حبیبہ میمن اور نائب اسسٹنٹ پریزائڈنگ افسر شگفتہ میمن کو ڈیوٹی کے دوران تھپڑ مارنے کے الزام میں مقدمہ درج کرایا گیا ہے۔ تاہم الیکشن کمیشن نے وحیدہ شاہ کی کامیابی کے نوٹیفیکیشن کا اجراء بھی روک دیا ہے۔

مقامی صحافی علی حسن کے مطابق جن قوانین کے تحت یہ مقدمہ درج کرایا گیا ہے اس میں الزام ثابت ہونے پر ملزمہ کو زیادہ سے زیادہ تین ماہ کی قید ہو سکتی ہے اور اگر ملزمہ کو سزا ہو گئی تو وہ نااہل قرار دی جاسکتی ہیں اور نااہلی کے بعد ان کی رکنیت ختم ہو جائے گی۔
**وحیدہ شاہ ہفتے کے روز پولنگ سٹیشن پر اپنے مخالف امیدوار میر مشتاق تالپور کی ووٹر کی پرچی دیکھ کر اتنی طیش میں آگئی تھیں کہ انہوں نے پہلے تو اسسٹنٹ پریزائڈنگ افر شگفتہ میمن کو تھپڑ مارا اور پھر پلٹ کر پو لنگ اسٹیشن کی انچارج پریزائڈنگ افسر حبیبہ میمن کو تھپڑ مار دیا۔
انہوں نے پولیس انسپکٹر کی موجودگی میں شگفتہ میمن کو دوبارہ مارا۔ **تاہم جب واقعہ ذرائع ابلاغ پر نشر ہوا تو وحیدہ شاہ متعلقہ پولنگ افسران کے گھروں پر معافی مانگنے پہنچ گئیں تھیں۔
وحیدہ شاہ کی اس حرکت کے بعد جب فوٹیج مختلف چینل پر چلی تو ٹنڈو محمد خان کی میمن برادری نے واقعے کی مذمت کی اور وحیدہ شاہ کی اس حرکت پر اعتراض کیا۔ ان کے اعتراض کے بعد وحیدہ شاہ پریزائڈنگ افسر کے گھر پہنچ گئیں جہاں حبیبہ میمن نے انہیں کہا کہ معاملہ تو اب الیکشن کمیشن حکام کے علم میں آگیا ہے اور اس لیے وہ
بے بس ہیں۔
پریزیئڈنگ افسر اور اسسٹنٹ پریزائڈنگ افسر ہائی سکول ٹیچر کی حیثیت سے سرکاری اسکولوں میں ٹنڈو محمد خان میں ہی ملازم ہیں۔
اس واقعے کی تفصیلی رپورٹ صوبائی الیکشن کمشنر سونو خان بلوچ نے کمیشن کو روانہ کی تھی۔ کمیشن نے وحیدہ شاہ کی کامیابی کے نوٹیفیکیشن کے اجراء کو معاملے کی تحقیقات تک روک دیا ہے ۔
