^ thats what i wanted to say, while there are many more important cases pending in the SC the CJ has taken action on a least important case
how is this least important? ever heard of thing called izzat-e-nafs? or doing it right from the basics??? or you are of the opinion, although what waheeda has done was bad but lets move on... there are other issues???

Action should have been taken by provincial head of PPP before CJ jumped in to another patty civilian matter. This will result in pure wastage of government money and time of supreme court, where CJ's efforts should have been to more important issues were warranted.

PPP has not come up with its point of view after passing 4 days. They are still giving lori to their zameer. I again support CJ for taking action against this stupid behavior, which is not condemned by the relevant party.

I dont think it merited suomoto action though!
The accusation that the government tried to rob the exchequer by billions on the purchase of planes merited suo Moto. Anyways nothing will come out of this case as well as the witness would step aside in court, as is happening in previous cases as there is no mechanism for protecting the witnesses.

This is a very important issue..
The mentality of the government candidates during the elections specially bye elections. the video shows exactly what was happening.. police escorting the candidate and giving her sort of a guided tour of the polling station where the candidate is not allowed to enter even. The way she is treating the polling staff (worse than a slave) is all recorded... yet people who blindly support the PPP government (for all the crimes even) fail to see anything bad with it..
Election is a process which determines the selection of the government.. and if this is the actual situation of electioneering in Pakistan then you can well imagine the credibility of the process..
CJ waited a few days for the election commission/provincial government to take action against the lady who should have been arrested immediately for these violations. When nothing was happening CJ took a suo moto... Shame on people who consider such a blatant violation of law is not important.. and this behavior should be just ignored because it was done by their favorite party's candidate. It's a shameful situation for the party also to ignore such acts and for not taking any action against this woman.. what kind of message they have conveyed to the people..???

Similarly action should be taken against those candidates whose supporters were firing in the air as that action was not any less grave...considering the general election this can lead to bigger catestrophies...

if ppl start thinking like u do then there will more incidence like this,don u think that waheeda shah has no right to do so,anybdy can trunup n beat someone for no reason,kia hamara zamer itna murda hochuka hai kai aik ghareeb teacher kai saath ziyadatee hotai dekh kar hum yea kahein kai yeah aik choota masla hai,agar yeahi sooch hamari society mein higi aur ALLAH hi hafaz hai hamarai milk ka...
zulm karnai wala bhi zalim hai aur zul sehnai wala bhi zalim hai,aaj waheeda shah per action huy ahai aiyenda kissi ki himmat nai hogi aisa karnai ki....try to solve small things/issues big issues will automatically start getting better..
so i did..
