My friend! before I provide you any proof for ability of local ppl to run government, just answer me how were things run by locals before partition. Was there no system for running state matters smoothly before partition. I do agree that you didn’t discount other communities, but you did create impression that everything was improved and done by migrants. Let me just refer to some videos, which show how much Karachi has been developed after independence.
