Have you ever seen Cheetah playing with their live prey, a captured Fawn under complete control of Cheetah?
Well, constitution, opposition, parliament and all these to military dictator is same as captured and helpless Fawn to Cheetah. :) They play with these things until it becomes boring or out of hand. This goes on until the time Cheetah loses agility and control over body… err … Sorry, I mean military dictator loses his control, support and loyalty of army :). It is unfortunate but that is life.
