Verizon, what proof do you have that they were/are terrorist? Most of them were picked up in sweeps…with no accountability. If you were at the wrong place at the wrong time…you were caught. The fact is that we do not know if any of them are in fact terrorists…because they were never tried or their crimes were never made public. So keep the rhetoric of walking by the WTC in your pants and see how many have been killed in the name of those 3000.

Kaleem, people in Gitmo are not angels. They are very very bad people. I am surprised we keep them alive. We should send them to Pakistan and have the ISI kill them at once.

You should do a basket analysis of America’s value to the world. I will put it in terms that are easy to understand, since America became an influential power in the world, post 1899, the avg wealth of a human, life expectancy of a human, and lifestyle of a human has only increased. This includes world wars, global depressions, etc. Sur ethere are dips here an there, but the slope of all three lines is going up. Have faith, islamic fundamentalism is the latest scourge, we will defeat it.
