Eating deep fried anything is not a good idea. It is not about girl or boy, we have one of the lowest life expectancies in the world at average 66. Half a cup of rice is a portion. When I used to go to weddings there I used to see people eat plates of biryani that was heaped on like a mountain, then eat Qorma and a few naans and then meetha and some snacks at weddings. The culture has an epidemic of coronary disease and diabetes. Most are considered lifestyle diseases. I lived a life of excess and am bringing it back to normal. My BP was in 150s and just in 3 mons with proper nutrition and exercise I have brought it down to 126/78.
