this is an apology note for all those who are annoyed at me for not being able to get back to their queries. I know I was busy with my brother’s wedding few weeks back and I should get back to work by now but there have been one issue after another that is keeping me busy and divided ! I really try to get back to as many as possible but have not been able to do that with many of them. I am trying my best and all the queries I have so far will be entertained for eid since the delay ha been from my end in responding !
I really appreciate all your love,understanding and patience and am REALLY thankful to all of you for everything

Hi, has anyone seen or heard from proto recently? I emailed her about a week ago and haven't heard back. I need to pay the remainder for my 2 suits and have them sent asap. We had decided on the last week of june but haven't heard back. Hope she's well.

I think she is just real busy and then there are electricity issues… I wanted to give her orders for a wedding in july and my own brother’s wedding… But judging from the late replies … I think it would be a risk … It started to make me antsy so im not going ahead…dont want mom to throw kootay at me since i was reccommending her hehe
But i will definately keep her as option for clothing in the future… Just not for an event with time restraints unless i have ample of time to not worry and for her to make it with ease.
Proto: no offence, i know u have ure hands very full… But i wasnt impressed with ure replying time. Ure first email would come immediately but then things go really quiet… I just felt like i had to chase u … And when the emails do come, u dont explain the late reply… I dont doubt ure sincerity, but it just made me feel like i had to make up excuses for why u werent replying… Saying something like light nahi hai or i was too busy to reply will actually make the client feel better ..rsther than to not get the reason behind the delay and to just be left think..why?
Maybe u can get a helper to scan ure mails for u and reply on ure behalf? I hope u didnt mind what i just said… I know that if i was running a business, i would wanna hear both comments and complaints… And go from there.

proto has allways replied to me very fast (even faster than me replying to her), once I even got a reply at **1 am at night **from her side, when I was not expecting it, she was saying she has 100-200 emails to reply to, so thats why she is sitting at night to get back to her clients.
just think if u guys are in her shoes, 2 small kids and a demading bussiness, plus family and private life, all in pakistan what would u do, we should not have such high expations as if she is a big business in the west, in the end she delivers what she promises, of course if u are in hurry than maybe u should look somewhere else.
anyway I will be getting 2 lawn suits from her very soon, waiting eagerly .. hope they are so good as the last suit she sent me iA.

Saadia... U know her that well so u can talk bout how many kids she has, her private life and family issues. I dont know her that well...Nor do a lot of ppl.
U got the reason behind ure late reply...she had a lot of emails to go through. Thats fine... I would be fine with that too. Lekin give me an excuse or reason.
I had to find through another friend that she is struggling with some issues in her pvt life and so thats probably why she is delayed with a reply to my emails... That put me at ease.
See....thats all it takes... If a query will take too long to reply to for the amt of info needed, its ok to just send a reply saying "will get back soon, u have asked for a lot of info".
I would prefer that than no reply, or finding out througgh another source what the delay may be.
The point is not the late replies... Or if she can deliver the product or not... (i wouldnt hacåve considered her had i not already believed in her capability to begin with :) )
But a new customer has the right to worry.... U and a lot others are relaxed by now cuz of yrs of ordering... And that wouldnt have happened if she wasnt good at what she does.... But i saw an area for improvement..so i said it. There is no harm in that.
Pls dont give my post a bad angle cuz thats not what its meant to be. There is something such as constructive critisism :)
