How are you? It was not working for me as well. You can not view this file as in Windows Media Player or Real Player. The file has different format “mov” file. To view this file, you need VLC Media Player. In order to download this program, go to this link:

Once you open the program, then I hope you know what to do afterwards. If you need help, then you are welcome to ask.
