It was absolutely the right decision, people can say whatever but doesn’t change the fact that Pakistan had no other option. If it was Sharif or Zardari or even Imran for that matter instead of Musharaff, they would have done exactly the same.

I believe Zardari would have gotten us a better deal [unless facing a huge intervention from military]. At least he wouldn’t have said ‘Yes, Sir’ blindly to anything coming from Washington.

Yes, we had no choice but to ‘cooperate’ but we didn’t have to act like a satellite state either.
