Positive change in Pakistan cricket

The most positive change for me is Younis Khan's captaincy, the way the team is showing fighting spirit and playing to it's potential at last. The way youngsters are being backed by Younis Khan.

The same guys were wayward under Inzi and Malik and they were doing too much politics as well. Now it seems that performance on the field is being taken into account...and that is why Misbah was sacked (for NZ series), Akhtar is not in the team, Salman Butt and Sohail Tanvir were dropped

And even if they are losing they are going down fighting; that is what we all want to see... and credit has to go to the captain (Younis Khan) for that. Yes we saw a couple of collapses during the test series in Sri Lanka but there is not much any captan can do about that.

Osman Samiuddin is right when he says this (referring to Pak-Aus game)

There is not a country in the world that can pull off, even precipitate, the kind of crazy that Pakistan did here, let alone with the regularity that Pakistan does it. It is unique and it is theirs to unveil when they see fit. They have done it across the ages, in most countries, in all conditions, against all opposition and it is a thrill unlike others. Usually it happens at least likely moments when the game is drifting.

We now have four decent pacers in Asif, Gul, Rana and Aamer, and back up in the form of *Kaka *(Razzaq), Sohail Tanvir, Sohail Khan and Talha...and Rao (even though I don't rate him that highly) has done well in ODIs

Batting inconsistencies though remain a worry and give you the biggest headaches from time to time
Besides we could do with less politics in PCB/Team management
