The law in its current form is the problem, as its not only biased, but legitimizes and facilitates harassment of minorities, and anyone that the said accuser does not agree with.

Minorities? We recently saw a ‘brelvi’ crowd accuse ‘deo-bandi’ molvi of blasphemy, so its not just minorities this law seemingly can be used by anyone against anyone.
