This is hilariously pathetic.
The Pope, by publicly forming an anti-blasphemy pressure group, is actually going against the Old testament and New testament itself.
“And he that blasphemeth the name of the Lord, he shall surely be put to death, and all the congregation shall certainly stone him as well as the stranger, as he that is born in the Land, when he blasphemeth the name of the Lord, shall be put to death”
(Leviticus, 24:11-15)
“Wherefore I say unto you, all manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men, but to blasphemy against the Holy Christ, shall not be forgiven unto men”
(Mathew, 12:31)
Talk about hypocrisy, double standards, and neo-imperialism!
Its just such a pity how the majority of the “literate” and “enlightened moderates” blindly follow the apparent glimmer of “liberalism” and “secularism”. Words fail me, to see such wanton disregard for our roots, and unwavering determination to affix to western-likeliness, for these effects do not even deserve to be called “values”.
