I understand systematic. It is not for me to decide if he systematically covered up cases. There is evidence he covered up SEVERAL cases.

I will tell you where I set the bar. If he covered ho even ONE case he is not respect worthy. That he covered io several is obvious to those who can think clearly.

Now for your question… “Were the cases valid”. Is it difficult to understand. As I have repeated ad infinitum, there might have been cases where personal vendetta might have been the reason.

I agree that the bar needs to be set where even in a single case if favoritism was the reason. I would say “Not guilty” until proven otherwise.
