You really need to understand the meaning of the word systematic.

Good for you that your bar is raised so high that you need to jump to reach it, so that you can as well go underneath it. For a moment can you pause and think, if there was any valid reason for the cases.

I understand systematic. It is not for me to decide if he systematically covered up cases. There is evidence he covered up SEVERAL cases.
