I would minimize contact, let the abuse roll off because you’re not a child anymore and not living in her house.

Also…I’d not cut contact…she is after all your mother. You have to take care of her and be there for her no matter how terrible she is.

Age makes people worse…and you have no idea how you will be when you are her age.
