Fine, according to you Punjabis make only 40%. Fine. It's still a big majority of the overall population. Based on that simple statistic, it's not surprising that in 1 thread, out of 20 posts, you will have more Punjabis replying than not. It still doesn't make it somehow sad. Like I said, I don't seen any broad Punjabifying of the forums. And are you implying the only true Pakistanis are only Punjabi and Sindhi because the others have not decided to reply in your thread? And also, who the aich ee double el cares what and how many ethnicities are posting in some remote corner of the internet? As soon as you step outside of people Pakistan no one cares if you're from Gujrat or Ghotki. They just care if you're a Pakistani or not. The same way they don't ask a Mexican if they're pure Aztec or if they're mezito.
arent there all kinds of punjabis anyway? they arent a uniform ethnicity. are you aryan punjabi, kala punjabi, brown sa punjabi, chotay aankhon wala punjabi etc?
I don't think that the fact that most posters on here are Punjabi presents a skewed view of Pakistan. Most people are not so simplistic in their thinking to assume that everything is how people on here describe it. I'm not Pakistani and I don't assume that Pakistan/Pakistani culture is limited to how posters on here present it. Not only is the country diverse, but it also stands to reason that there are differences based on individual difference.
I agree we would want more minorities, I would love it if they were here, but I have hardly cared on GS about which ethnic background someone is from. We don't have a notice saying Balochis aren't welcome here.
