All you need is some sort of Pakistani ID and the universal key to success in Pakistan, some money, like 1000-2000. Go to DSP Police Office of your area and get it done from there.. but remember, dont pay more than 1000-2000. That it :)....

oh its easy...i thought before giving certificate
police c so many documents,do inquiries and alll
ask neighbors,ask for educationals degress,go to schools and institutes whr u had your education....
but now i think they just check their data in computer that this guy or girl ever had crimnal record

in india there is such a thing called "Character Certificate" which is required for soem jobs. the irony is that the people who are authorized to give such certificates are the worst of them all, eg Police, District Magistrates and MPs and MLAs lol
