This one is a proper Ghazal and I don’t remember its been used in any movies. Though this ghazal sung by Shabnam Majeed topped Asian charts for a long time.

Pakisatni filmi songs used to be poetic before arrival of Gandasa movies. Lately, few songs got poetic touch, otherwise, majority included luche songs by Naseebo Laal and party. One of my favorite is from movie ‘Rukhsati’.. Intro is good… the lyrics lost its effect in between.

This movie got quite poetic song. One of the song from the movie ‘Jaane wo kaise log the jin ke pyar ko pyar mila’ has been remade and used as title song of Pakistani drama ‘Pyare Afzal’.
