Lahore, July 29 (ANI): In Pakistan outraging a woman’s modesty is not considered a crime if the women is paid later to not register a police case.

According Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah, there are two types of rapes. One is ‘forced’ and other ‘with consent’.

Commenting on rape charges against PML-NMPA Munawwar Gill, Sanaullah said there was no solid proof against Gill as the act was with the consent of the woman.

“There is a difference between rape-bil-jabr and rape-bil-raza. Since both Gill and the woman consented to act and the woman, after receiving a huge sum of money, withdrew the charges, there are no grounds for rape,” The Daily Times quoted Sanaullah, as saying.

It may be recalled that police had registered a case against Gill on the complaint of Tahira Parveen, 35, who alleged that Gill raped her at gunpoint.

Parveen told police that Gill had called her to a hotel saying he would help her settle a property dispute, but taking advantage of her being alone he raped her. (ANI)

So my advice to women in Punjab … that when PMLN is ruling the province, be ready to get raped and raped again, because PMLN members can rape and there would be no case as it would not be considered as crime … it would be considered as ‘rape with consent’ that to PMLN law minister Rana Sannaullah (and other PMLN leaders) is not crime, it is creative activity and rights of PMLN members.

Just imagine: Rana Sannaulalh also have daughters ... and it is sad that her father 'Rana Sannaullah' thinks that his daughter (just like daughters of other Pakistanis living in Punjab ... girls who have more izzat then her) can be 'raped' what would be considered as 'rape with consent' and that would not be crime, it would be creative activity and rights of men with low moral values.

Punjab Law Minister, Rana Sanaulah has stated that a PMLN MPA who had been alledgedly involved in a rape case will not be arrested as this act was done with a mutual understanding and was not a rape case. Woman had also withdrawn the allegations, so leagally it may not be a storng case or rape, but still what rana Sanaullah has to say about the morality of such MPAs who are nothing more than a flithy creature. Earlier, Rana Sanaullah had been giving lectures of morality to people Punjab when some objectionable (as per his perception) pictures of Salman taseer and his family were released. This is high time for Shahbaz Sharif to not only kickout such MPAs fom his party but also punish them as per the law of the land. If this does’nt happend, people will be right to beleive that such actions are being patronised by the party leadership.

Also Rana Sanullah must publically apologise fro such rubbish statements that are meant to insult people of Pakistan.

Rana Sanullah is the same goon who said the young rape victim in Muzafarbaad self immolated herself to seek 'media's attention'. Nothing about the violent pain and the utter despair she must've felt when she saw her rapists released with honour in front of her eyes. I cannot even equate rapists and rape defenders like him to animals, because even animals show more mercy to their own kind.

How can these people claim to represent the public and democracy when they whatever they say is nothing but an outright insult to that public and democracy. They have no connection with the public they claim to represent.

Nothing will change until we start strictly condemning the sick mentality of declaring every rape victim a 'prostitute'.

Do you mean, if Maryam Nawaz is seen outside her house after 10 PM then she is of loose character and is fair target, so anyone can rape her?

I do not think that it is right to say about any girl that she is of bad or loose character, and what time she is found outside her house is her business. No one has right to rape her and if anyone did the crime, then they should be hanged along with people who defend rape.
