**FAISALABAD: **Police on Friday registered a case against three sons of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz MNA Mian Farooq and five other unknown persons for allegedly raping a girl.
According to details, the victim Naz* herself moved a complaint before the Madina Town police in which she alleged that Muazzam Farooq, former chairman Zila Council Faisalabad, his two brothers Saad Farooq, Qasim Farooq and five others harassed her.
The complainant mentioned to have identified the accused Muazzam, Saad and Qasim but doesn’t know the other five persons; however, she claimed that she can also identify them if brought before her.
SHO Madina Town police station Farukh Waheed told The Express Tribune that, “In the medical examination of the victim it was confirmed that she had been gang raped. However, a DNA test will establish whether or not the alleged persons have committed the crime.”
Meanwhile, City Police Officer (CPO) Faisalabad Dr Sohail Habib Tajik has formed a committee under the supervision of SP Madina Town Nasir Sial to probe the incident. “If it was proved that the alleged persons were involved in the gang rape, the police will not hesitate to proceed against them in accordance with law, said Tajik.
Sources privy to the matter have claimed the arrest of one accused, Muazzam Farooq, but police are not confirming it.

Nothing will happen, that criminal showman will take 'notice', get himself a headline in the newspapers to please his blind worshippers who'll go all whey hey. But whether this young girl gets justice or not, no one will know. The culprits won't get punished, and no one will follow.
For thugs in power (PMLN or PPP), their children and close relatives, along with corruption and breaking all Pakistani laws, rape is their birth right.
All this drama we are seeing these days, arrests and FIRs, are due to dharna of TUQ and IK, and feeling that people are getting awaken, are looking for their rights, and it is possible that in very near future they might even pick up arms against the authorities to fight for their rights.

If Govt prosecutes this guy, he'll then leave the party and join PTI, where he'll be considered Inqilaabi and all accusation on him or on his sons shall be considered or political natures and relovtionaries would be come up with the facts that either this thing never happened because these sons were haji namazi or the girl is prostitute..

Instead of sympathising with the girl and condemning the Nawaz League MNA for abusing his powers to protect his alleged rapist sons, you are hiding behind cheap political shots. Deceptively and disgustingly coming with absolutely sick hypothetical to rubbish distract the focus from the actual crime and the issue to a completely irrelevant claptrap of party politics. Please explain how other than your own political agenda what PTI or "revolutionaries" have anything to do the news? But you can not justify above ugly incidences by stupidity of duo stupid dharna/drama leaders. Why government don't worry about it? Will they come in action if their daughters, sisters face the same tragedies? Shame on them.
What do you expect? It is Islamic Republic of Pakistan, where consensual sex between two adults is seen as a bigger crime and generates more attention and scrutiny than gang rape of teenage girls! Until we don't counter this sick mentality, women in Pakistan won't get justice.

The message is simple and clear: don't challenge the powerful or you'll be called ghadar, fasadi and terrorist.

The medical examination report confirmed that she was raped. So that cannot be a lie! SC can take suo motto for Atiqa Odho's wine bottle, but did the same Supreme Court took notice of a 17 year old student who burned herself alive after being gang raped?

Then Nawaz Sharif should come into action immediately. Such news are bombshells for PML(N). No sane mind should condone these incidences.
I have said many times that his brother and Ch Nisar are pain in the arse of PML(N), both should have been fired a long time ago. Unless CM Punjab is changed, there will be no end to such horrible incidences.
