as per the FIR by the girl ( provided the FIR circulating social media is original and not made up by any photoshop artist), there were three girls, who were picked up by two/three guys in Parado from a certain location, later they took the three girl to a house ( address is there) and forced them to drink alcohol, after that, they along with few others and one canada return guy teared apart her clothes and raped her turn by turn... the fir is doesnt say if other girls were raped as well or not.
It is also stated that they were kidnapped at 10 or 11 pm and were dropped near her house at around 6 am. Also that these guy took all the money from her and also made video...
if only the FIR is original then my friend the chances of rape is 50% only earlier i stated that rape is confirmed but i stand correct now, sexual activity have happened, but is it rape or something went wrong later...

I am sure crime has been committed, if the copy of the FIR floated on the net is not fake, then what i have written shall be used in the court of law,as per the FIR there are 3 girls... i don't want to go into details...
What you say is right, but whom to blame, in crime against women, it is the society who takes the call, even if justice is served, the society is not ready to forgive the girl..

Just to save the skin of a deeply and visibly corrupt party that you happen to support, you are willing to tarnish the entire 'society' as defenders and apologists for rape. Either it's cheap political mudlsinging or blaming the entire society, but not a single word to condemn the rapists (whoever they are) and the tragic denial of justice? You may find that large part of Pakistani society disagrees with your blame game, and self pleasing nihilism. Rape is systematically under reported in Pakistan due deeply entrenched culture taboos - one of them being culture of shame and honour. Yes, we know that. But in this case, the victim came forward, identified the rapists, filed an FIR, undertook medical examination which proved she was indeed raped. So I fail to see the logic behind needless tossing around of the idea of honour killing has anything to do with a victim who despite suffering from extreme emotional, physical and psychological trauma was still brave enough to file the case and demand justice? By slyly bringing in the idea of honour and shame, you are actually perpetuating the social evils that are always brought forward by a design to intimidate, ridicule and dismiss the victim.
Yes, but I agree our society is full of low life odious hypocrites and misogynists who get far more animated and offended over mere rumors about someone's bedroom life and fatwafy it is great national shame over rape. Most of the time you cannot even get those phony opportunistic and hypocrites to condemn rape and call it a crime.

We're not living in 90s anymore so I highly doubt you can shut up anyone with death threats and money these days....especially with all the anti-gov TV channels and newspapers willing to publish reports. The girl raped few months back, no body blammed govt... MukhataraaN Mai incident happened.. no govt got blamed, Shazia Rape case, things remain as it is... and now because the hype and control of PTIans over social media PML-N is responsible for everything under the sun...

Before jumping on the bandwagon, can you quote the exact words where he's justifying the rape?
I don't think anyone has sided with the rapists in this thread. All we're saying is that there weren't any further tests done to determine whether it was done by the accused men.

lol, I am out of this. I stand corrected no rape has ever occurred in Punjab as there is zero conviction rate.

I’ll add one more thing. Reading this news I felt really ashamed. Kudos to Afghanistan for punishing rape culprits, while no one in Pakistan has been convicted for the crime.

I don’t understand what you want to imply? So you reckon that the girls went out at 10 pm hence should be of loose character? Does that justify the rape? Do you think the justification of this crime by PMLN supporters is doing any good to their party? I am willing to forego this case if you point me towards one conviction of the crime.
