Why do you think blaming PML(N) is not justified? If not the government, who should he held responsible if people are blatantly denied basic judicial rights?
The girl raped few months back, no body blammed govt... MukhataraaN Mai incident happened.. no govt got blamed, Shazia Rape case, things remain as it is... and now because the hype and control of PTIans over social media PML-N is responsible for everything under the sun...

Now here is what is going to happen
NGOs, Govt and bla bla is going to create hell... and then the case goes to court... meanwhile, NGOs would be using the girl to get donations and would be distributing the amount among themselves and remaining on the media coverage ( if anyone thinks NGOs get reported without paying channel, then they are living in fools paradise)
In courts, a lawyer from the defense would rape the girl again and again and again use the technicalities to prove that his clients the rapists are haji namazi and the girl is the one who the prostitute...
meanwhile which might have already started by now, the girl and her family would suffer a worst kind of social boy-cott, the family would be blamed for everything...and this is not because some son of MNA have raped the girl it is simply because the girl is raped...
what is wrote above are facts, no matter how ugly but they are the ground realities... an idiot have shared the copy of the FIR on the social media, where the name and address of the girl is clearly mentioned... this idiot have not done any favors to her... the girl must be in shock and our society would do whatever possible to never let her out of it..

Isn't it ironic that people who lose their marbles over mere rumours of consensual sex between two adults, paint it as an end of the world and use it as cheap and cheery opportunity pass pathetic fatwas often don't have a single line to condemn rape. They'll come up every possible excuse, twists and turns to trivialise rape. In their Consensual sex between two adults, national shame and and cardinal sin according to Mullahs. Who says i am justifying it, iam simply stating a fact, the crime is committed and there is no way she is going to get justice, same thing happened 2 months back when another MNAs brother raped someone, i guess jamshed dasti was the mna... Same happened then.. Before that same thing happened, but no body took any action...now iam sure since hype is up, everything under sun would be blamed on pmln and as i said if this guy tomorrow join pti, every thing shall be forgotto. NS is an elected PM. PML(N) government is elected government. Sons of PML(N) MNA's are involved, why do you think victim will not get the justice? This is not Zia-ul-Haq's dictatorship, this is a democratic government, isn't it?

Shouldn't the government have taken the complaint seriously and found out the exact reason the girl took back her complaint? Who should one blame when no one in Punjab has ever been punished for rape? Are all girls exploited in that province prostitutes? Think about it.

NS should even if the girl have dropped the charges, State should take up the case... but we all know it is not going to happen...
and that is not because of the political connections only, yes it have some role to play in it, it is the social values we have... where society stands with the oppressor and condemn the victim...
I hope the culprits get punished soon... and i sure hope and pray that the girl gets out of the shock and psychological trauma...

I am sure crime has been committed, if the copy of the FIR floated on the net is not fake, then what i have written shall be used in the court of law,as per the FIR there are 3 girls... i don't want to go into details...
What you say is right, but whom to blame, in crime against women, it is the society who takes the call, even if justice is served, the society is not ready to forgive the girl..
killing in rampage... you must know the Honor Killing cases, in Pakistan you normally gets away with it when you say kay maiN nay ghairat kay naam per qatal kiya hay... normally this is exploited as well....
now all the revolutionaries in Pakistan who are hell bound to change Pakistan... none of them is ready to change or do anything to change the moral or social devils we the public have to deal...

As per medical reports gang rape has happened. The girl nominated some powerful persons for the crime. The next day he takes back her application. Shouldn't this warrant an investigation by those trumpeting good governance? No...

This is the same system which have given the revolutionaries a chance to prove their point in KPK, let us say that Jahalat and unjust behavior have taken over the system... why not clean it and show it to the others that this can be done and we are going to do it in a way that no body would dare to commit any such crime not even the son of president or PM...
till then my friend, we are stuck with what we have got...
