in this case the rapists are sons of a govt minister so yes the govt is to blame who instead of punishing the rapists are victim blaming the poor girl. Sick sick people.

Before jumping on the bandwagon, can you quote the exact words where he’s justifying the rape?

I don’t think anyone has sided with the rapists in this thread. All we’re saying is that there weren’t any further tests done to determine whether it was done by the accused men.
