In UK, no one overstep their authority, be they Prime Minister or police. If they would do that, then they would get punished by the system.
It is Pakistan where Prime Minister, judges, to little policeman on mundane duty, all overstep their authority, and it is in this environment, people have to take law in their hands to punish those who violates their right.
So, such thing happen that prime Minister overstepping his authority illegally and without notice try to sack army chief, police or army kills innocent civilians to fulfill their own desire or desire of politicians in power, Courts, well even corrupt Chief Justice deprives deserving citizen from medical seats or jobs so that he can illegally get them for his son.
In such situation, MRD happens, people leave their houses and move to mountains against army victimising them, parties start killing police and judges who victimise them, army chief give thudda to Prime Minister or even hang them ... and so on.

Anyhow, Nawaz with all his illegal activities was not even deserving to be Prime Minister. Anyone who could have given him thudda should have given him. Anyhow, leaving all about him deserving to be Prime Minister or not, lets talk about him sacking Army Chief.

What you wrote is result of your biased and impaired thinking, as nothing what you mentions happened or happens. Take words of any speech according to context and you would not make such mistakes full of biases.

What I heard in speech of Altaf is that, ‘IF I ask my supporters then they would sweep through three swords (roundabout)’ (woh teen talwar ko asaal shakal day ker ussay chalni kar dayain).
You can find out that in Urdu ... Chalni ker dayen can mean 'Sweep ker dayain' (her taraf wohi nazar ayean), and the context sentence was used, that is what it clearly means.
Thus, as far as I understand, what Altaf said clearly means ‘If he would ask his supporters than they would overwhelm in numbers those sitting at three swords’.

If anyone wants to do that, in these days they do not use talwar, they use guns. :)
Talwar, chalni and all these are just metaphorical words when used in speech these days.
