Doubt it. They will win more votes than even last time. PPP will suffer a huge defeat but they will come back strongly the following general election.
There are definitely educated people who do care about these things and change their votes but they are outnumbered by jahils who will keep voting their Maliks, Sumros, Chauhdharis, Bugtis and Achakzais etc
