You said Pakistan Police and Military are thriving organizations. It is as intelligent a comment as that slogan.

But corruption is not the major reason for its failure. The major reason is the ugly policy decisions against working of railways are major causes of failure. Army and police should fall first as they are the most corrupt organizations. But they are not only surviving but thriving. How??????
There you go. The similarity in corruption in these organizations shows that one is failing but the two are thriving, again how?

Getting all kinds of attention from political parties and government in financing these corrupt organizations indicate the government priority. On top of this these are further sucking the blood of Pakistanis. Why railway is to blame for its failure due to corruption? Again its not the corruption, it is the stupid policy diecisions which had resulted sinking of this ship.
