Inshallah! He will be fine. Don't get impatient and have trust in Allah SWT. My oldest daughter was born 2 months premie and stayed 3 weeks in the hospital. I know how you feel. As a parent you can't stop feeling about it but you can always pray to Allah SWT and nothing comes more sincere than the prayer from the heart of a parent and Allah SWT will not leave it unanswered Inshallah! When he grow up you will be amazed that his was the same kid who was struggling and Alhamdulillah! now so strong and lively. I see that everyday and thank Allah SWT for that.
Allah SWT mercy has no bounds believe me. I know a family whose daughter was born and suffered Short bowel syndrome. She is 4+ years old now. She stayed 2 years after birth in the hospital in Riyadh and was eteral fed for the whole 2 years. To date she has had 45 operations but Alhamdulillah! Her parents never lost hope in Allah SWT and have been thankful to Allah SWT all the time and they see his mercy in their daughter day in day out. Believe me when I say Allah SWT mercy has no bounds.
You are better than many and be thankful to Allah SWT for that and this time shall pass and you will not even know.
Btw didn't keep up with the time progression of this thread. Mashallah! He looks cute, may Allah SWT make him of the saaliheen.
