Saima , forgive our skepticism at your plight.
People do donate over the internet and using the paypal. I have donated man a times at some authentic Islamic websites.
Here on GS a very respected and honorable member opened thread for financial help of someone in need in Pakistan and people responded.
So it is not impossible to go this route and seek donations.
I would suggest you contact one of the old guppies here who are known and respected and live in your area for example SID_NY if she can verify your information here on these forums , you might be able to get some donations.
