I was gonna say your nephew or necie (usually people post their masterpieces and say awww koochi koochi) but since you said it’s a guppy/guppan, I can think of only one name. Our GS artist: OMG. Waisay hai masterpiece 
And faizy is right, it’s no hand painting in the second pic, it’s the photoshop filter.
