iff india played 2 matches and 1 wins, 1 lost => 50% lose ratio
but iff india played 200 matches and 100 wins, 100 lost => then again 50% lose ratio
then whats the difference between these two arguments ?
those who are not idiots will think about the amount of matches, i.e 2 vs 200, i.e lost 1 vs 100!
*tinda's 46 centuries went into trash bin! that is something to worry! and reaming were mainly against minor teams!

Well in test i dont cosider tendulkar the best, u cud count him with one of the best, simply becoz we have records of Bradman and Hammond around. Good for tendulkar that he hit 51 tons but it took him 290 innings for that. Bradman Scored 29 tons in 80 innings. Tendulkar is still to hit a triple, which is coming soon hopefully but even after that Bradman stays at top.

it boggles the mind as to how many people (pakistanis) struggle with basic logic and math. tendulkar's centuries come at high strike rates (just above 100% average). if india still loses after a tendulkar century, the logical conclusion is not that he caused it. the logical conclusion is that the loss would have been even worse if he had not.
the relevant statistic to compare with other batsmen is not the century win-loss ratio. it is the century win-loss ratio relative to the total win-loss ratio. with a sample of 6 top batsmen a quick calculation reveals that only brian lara's centuries had a larger impact on likelihood of a win than tendulkar's.
(i am only considering ODIs. a similar analysis for test matches would be far too complex to be useful).

I mentioned look at test avgs at various continents to prove that he is not a "flat track bully".. And you go off about something else hahaa.
No sane cricket expert or fan from any country would suggest SRT is a flat track bully.
No clue why you are going off about if he is the best or not? comparing him with bradman? who claimed all this in this thread? :S
Comparisons between any modern player and Bradman are useless IMO. totally different conditions and eras.

Yaar the thing with u guys is People who support India will fail to recognize facts that go against Tendulkar and Worst Applies to Pakistani Fans they r blind sighted by Pak getting into Semis of Worldcup.... its a fact that Pakistan Made into Semi's After so long but Afridi still is worst Captain Pak had in recent Years. We r known for Our Fast Bowlers and Afridi has no Faith on his Fast Bowlers. Poor guy doesnt even think, Against Australia he shld have sent razzaq Early coz Runrate was low and not loosing wickets was Important..... He was criticized for that so he decided Razzaq is going bfr him on Semi final Rather than making decision depending on situation.
If you Talk facts on KK u end up bashing Either Tendulkar of Afridi.

there are many things i dont like about SRT.. he couldn't be a good leader.. he didnt handle the sydney saga well.. and i dont like how he slows down in his 90s to get his 100.. but then again most players slow down in the 90s.. but sachin makes too many 100s so i guess i just notice him do it more !!
but.. whats illogical is illogical.. the notion of SACHIN 100 = INDIA LOSE has been proven illogical by you itself my friend since it happens only 30% of the time..that was the point of this thread... the rest of the stats is just you trying to find some other fault in his records..
