Sara, I’m not trying to change anyone’s mind, I was just trying to point out the double-standards, often it’s the same ppl who go on about it being bad who are the same ones in Fashion and Beauty asking how can they make their skin whiter or pretending in everyday life that their coloured contact lenses are their natural eye colour. (Btw I’d like to know what these great side effects of having a BA are, esp considering patients are usually discharged just a few hours after surgery rather than kept in longer..)

*I’m not ranting at people disagreeing with me, just those who are hypocritical in that they say cosmetic surgery is a turn-off or bad then ooh and aah over celebrities who have done just that.. If you’re ok with those double-standards then good for you *

Haha comparing cosmetic surgery to temporary make up? Seriously? Your incessant ranting is not going to help you here. You’re just being obtuse for the sake of it!

That’s not hypocrisy goddamnit! That’s called a personal choice. Just because you call someone hot on TV doesn’t mean you’re not entitled to a different opinion in your personal life. Celebrities and personal life can be mutually exclusive! OMG OMG OMG! WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT THAT’S POSSIBLE?!
