Firstly, certain surgeries and stuff like botox and fillers aren’t expensive at all anymore (tho of course ‘expensive’ is a subjective thing.. As an example a lip enhancement can often be cheaper than the cost of one formal shalwar khameez)..

Secondly, obviously a lot of them are** not** permanent (boob jobs, most fillers, botox, most non surgical nose jobs). Regarding potential risks it’s a** tiny** risk (as with most medical procedures or even just taking a paracetamol) here in the west but if ur clutching at straws I guess u would list that as a negative..

Oh bloody hell, the only one “clutching” at straws is you. Side effects from surgery are far far greater than taking freaking paracetamol!

Good for you for having a boob job but that doesn’t mean everyone is open to it NOR should you be tryign to change everyones mind.
