Re: Places to eat in Dubai???

lol aisha the great:p no problem :)

Re: Places to eat in Dubai???

Are Pakistani restaurants in Dubai actually nice and clean, with good customer service? Can't say the same about the ones in US. 99% of the ones in US are equivalent of dhabas back home. They have no standard, one day the food will be awesome, next day it will be horrible.

Aisha, some of the names u mentioned are dance bars :S so errr ziggy don't go there!

TeenDW, the one's i've mentioned are actually upscale and posh "desi" places..extremely hygenic, clean and yummy too!

Can't say the same about Ibrahimi, Delhi Darbar, India Palace

Asha's
Gazebo
The Spice Lounge
The Great Kabab Factory
India Palace
Spectrum On One

And if u want live ghazals.. a nice one is Sheraton 4 Points :)

Re: Places to eat in Dubai???

ooops yeah i forgot about the dance bars part:o

ibrahimi is a really nice and clean restaurant with great food... also there is lasani restaurant in sharjah and they have great service and food!

The Meat Co is a nice restuarant. The food is always nice.

^ She wanted Indian/Pak that's why I left it out :) but it is nice.. and so is The Butcher Shop if u're fond of steaks!

Re: Places to eat in Dubai???

With due respect, if traveling overseas, why do desis look for desi restaurants? I mean, youre visiting a new country, with a chance to try out countless different cuisines. Why not try some of them out? I love my desi food as much as anyone, but comon. You dont have to like foreign food, but try them out. Thats the best part of being a tourist.
