Yes except that we didn’t evolve from dinosaurs. We evolved from small mammal like reptiles that existed around the same time dinosaurs did but were older than dinosaurs. Birds, reptiles, dinosaurs evolved separately and the small mammals evolved separately into different primates. Even then I don’t think the ancient reptiles or amphibians had feet protruding backwards. There is still a lot that we don’t know about animals that walked the earth long before we appeared on the scene so no one can say for sure. Maybe we will dig up a fossil soon that will show transitional species with feet protruding backwards.
