Re: pindi

Pindi Sarhaal is near Attock.. umm.. try goin thru the attached page :hayaa:

Pindi Srahal - Travel Guides in Attock, Punjab, Pakistan - Viovio

I think she’s talking about Rawalpindi, not Pindi Sarhaal.

Rawalpindi is not a huge town. But it’s very close to Islamabad and Murree, so you can definitely venture out to those places.

One place that you should definitely check out is Pir Sohawa. I went there last August and it’s amazing.

Re: pindi

But she asked about the village..

so em confused.. as Pindi is a sister City of Islamabad and shares same city code.. :s

Re: pindi

Daman-e-Koh :vivo:

Re: pindi

n Samia, if you are talking about Rawalpindi..

u can go to Saddar Bazar in Pindi for shopping..

u can go to Jinnah Super, Aab Para Market for shopping too.. these markets are in Islamabad.. and hald n hour drive from Saddar Bazaar of Pindi.. :)

U can go for outing to Rawal Dam, Daman-e-Koh, Bari Imaam (wahan ka hill area), Murree, Patriata, Kashmir Point, Chattar Park for outing.. these places are not more than an hour n half drive from Pindi n Islamabad..

:)

You mean postal code? If so, they dont... Islamabad is 44000, and Pindi is 46000

i meant city land line codes.. 051 :)

Re: pindi

U must visit Pir Sohawa, its about 20 kms up from Damina-e-Koh

Re: pindi

i guess im late to answer this thread as Samia shud b in isb/rwp now. n moreover she hasnt answered to any reply post in this thread. but u guys know a little abt pindi/isb i think. in recent year a new visiting spot has been created by govt near rawal lake.. its called "Lake View park" n its worth seeing. it has been established in place of "old murree road" that went through the rawal lake (when the dam was established the road was abandoned ofcourse) ppl who know abt old murree road must know exactly what bank of dam im talkin abt..
anyways any of you who wish to visit isb/rwp must go to lake view park as well.

Re: pindi

yes lake view park has a very atmosphere. i enjoyed bbq there this Eid. it was a wonderful experience!
