I apologize fatty, I heard it along time ago, and thats why i told you.
The only condition i found was that if it didn't have ANY SIDEEFFECTS or harmful to your health, then its allowed.
For example:

Question My question is regarding belly piercing for women. If a woman wants her belly to be pierced to look nice in front of her husband, and no one else will be able to see it, is it allowed to have it done? Also, she is saying that if taken good care of, it will not have any risks or infections.
Secondly, if this would not be allowed, then what about another woman has had it since her pre-Islamic times, i.e. before she accepted Islam, can she keep the belly piercing ring or should she remove it? Answer**In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
All praise and thanks are due to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon His Messenger.**
Dear daughter,
May Allah reward you for your desire to please your husband.
Actually, there are lots of things to make him happy. The great female companion of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to please her husband spiritually and physically, they paid lots of attention to their duty; they used to have rings in their fingers and toes and used makeup in a very artistic way.
Our beloved mother Umm Salamah was a great example for every Muslim woman in this regard. So, it is not haram to have belly piercing with the intention of pleasing your husband if you are sure it does not harm you or it has side effects on the short or the long run, so you have to consult your physician about health risks.
Allah Almighty knows best.

You'll find more scholars saying its Haraam, because they're right in the sense that women can get carried, and health can be affected.
In that case its obviously haram.
As far as I know, Its allowed **strictly **for your husband and if no harm is done to your body in the short run or long term.
And im not passing fatwas, only telling you what I have learned.
