I am not well-versed with the health risks, but I have heard that there are quite a few. If any of them are serious - then it would be haraam.

Okay thanks lol. Could you also back up your answer with logic? (Obvisouly, there's no Hadith/verse in the Quran that says it's allowed, but is there any way to prove that belly piercings are not considered haraam?)

I've heard someone ask this to amufti sahab, and he said Yes you are, as long as you do it for your husband. You can beautify yourself as much as you want for your husband.
It will be haram if you want to do it so the whole world can see it :p Then it would not be allowed.
Piercing your ear is the same as belly button.
Beauty for your husbands :) :p for that purpose alone its halaal.

well u r wonderin frm a islamic point of view and as i know ( can't realy bac it up ). piercing is a cultural thing not islamic. so it cud be haraam even ear peircin i think
