Taqwah, just because it does not get reported it does not mean it does not exist. Ask the phillipinos (sp?), sri lankan and bangladeshi women how they are treated in Saudi. Go ahead and broaden your horizon....if we were to accept your logic...we are exonerating men from their sinful behavior. WALLAHI, it is incumbent upon men to lower their gaze and follow Allah's prescribed path and let HIM decide the fate of such women.

A society is built under the influence of its leaders.
If the leaders are preaching that a woman is nothing but a piece of meat.
Then the younger generations are a lost cause.

The hard fact is that the disease of rape is prevalent in the west, there's no comparison to it in saudi or any other muslim country. We all know that, and the west knows it very well too. *

A Muslimah who wears hijab is not better than one who wears niqaab and vice versa. Nobody is better than the next. Allah Most High does not care about our wealth, our beauty or lack of it, etc. What He cares about is what is in the heart such as niyyah (intention) and the deeds
So let us leave the judgment to Allah Most High, who is the best of judges
