I want to leave my hair down on the mehndi day do you have any picso f girls on their mehndi with their hair down with the dupatta still pinned to their head?

My cousin had her hair down and losely tied/mingled with flowers and paranda kind of thing (actually the paranda thing was made of fresh flowers). She didn't pin her dupatta, just had it half way on her head. It looked beautiful. Sorry can't post pics or I will be in another world...lol

one of my cousins his wife had her hair down on her mehndi day....it didn't look to good in my opinion. Maybe you can try a paranda or something and put the paranda to the front so ppl can see it.

pf - im also thinking of having my hair down on my mehndi, especialy after seeing loads of girls doing this at mehndis. I thought ill have my hair up for barat and walima so fancy a change on mehndi ..................i like my hair down so would love pics with hair down on mehndi. thinking of having a 70s style quiff, but not big one! maybe?????????????

I've got really short hair- so only one option for me :(
I think hair down can look really messy, especially when your dubatta's falling all over the show and aunties are clammouring all over you to put mendhi and oil on you and friends and family are hogging the stage, wanting to be in every snap (I speak of myself!)- it just seems like hassle to me! My friends have nearly always gone for the really traditional look of a plait with parandha (with mirrors and beads on the end) and then then bringing this infront, over their shoulder- looks SO traditional and I think goes with the whole mehndhi rasm thing- it's a traditional event afterall.
I've got looooooooooooooooooooooooooads of pictures of friends weddings that cover a vast array of looks and styles, e.g. Pakistani friends who have gone for really traditional Pakistani/Western/Minimalist?Arabic themes- I'd post them but don't think my friends would appreciate it- uff!

My friend had her hair down and she was looking amazing like a doll - even her mehndi outfit was gorgeous...totally different from what i see girls wearing normally.

I had my hair down and swept to the side. One side had flowers (which ended up being hidden by the dupatta) and the other side I tried to bring to the front (but again, hidden by flowers). My hair was not long enough I guess.
