The only people who would take golden handshake would be the competent ones confident enough to find employment elsewhere.This will leave you with blood sucking political appointees.

It’s is not government’s business to run airlines and railroads. They should be regulators, not business managers.

I am and many of competent colleagues an example of this. Availed VSS from PTCL after 13 years of service in 1998.

But the new management from UAE created an atmosphere of harassment for all employees whether good and bad and still doing the same.
