I get a wrong number almost everyday, they always ask for a javier and im like sorry wrong number but they keep talking spanish, I've taken Spanish 1 and Spanish 2 but I haven't ever had a real conversation in Spanish so i just hang up.
Once I was lucky...im at school and i forgot to turn the ringer off in class, thankfully it rang in the library (ironic) and so i didn't get my phone taken away, now i have a new theory:
"If you dont answer, they won't call again"

i think he knows you and he just wants to get to know you and wants you to get wound up till you start being polite with him, so maybe you should try being a bit polite to him a few times then drop it to him that hes been under the wrong impressin, and he has the wrong number or what ever he is trying to do is not working, it may work bcoz some things are done with patience. so let me know if it works. bcoz sabr ka phal mheeta hota hai!:halo:
