Yes, these outfits were not created by Govt. of India. Unlike in Paksitan, were it was govt policy to create these terror outfits to fight for “jannat” in other countries.

Pakistan has already burnt half of their house (bangladesh) by bursting few firecrackers in their own house. Now, you are trying to burn rest of your house by bursting firecrackers in neighbors house. Good going keep it up.

Now did the terrorist organizations of India fall from the sky or they grow on trees? instead of playing with symantics just accept the fact that India has the most terrorist organizations in the world and they are Indian terrorist organization and how and why they chose that path perhaps a deep introspection is in order.
