How funny? Here I am thinking it looks odd on someone that is tall? I would love to get one..but I think it would look silly...
I think it looks adorable on petite girls from what I have seen.

^yeah, it's really creepy that even though guppans make REQUESTS to people to not save or pass around their pics, people just don't have the courtesy here and still do it!! and then they repost them on gs after a while. i bet if the same peoples' pics were being posted here, they wouldn't like it one bit. it's one thing when brides haven't said anything or they don't care whether you show their pics around or not.. but if you KNOW they would freak out about the entire world seeing them, then you need to respect that. if you're gonna be so secretive and hate sharing your own pics with others, why can't you comply when others make the same requests to you?

Also a few designers are ballooning the bottoms i guess to keep up with how that was in style at one time here in america? i dunno if i’m up for it

and i wore this at a local holi mela’s fashion show it was when we first saw churidar sleeves come into place and i’m not a fan bc you can’t wear bangles with them.

and some time back my best friend got married and i loved her mendhi outfit that she designed which was a simple anarkali but at first her mom was like no that’s too formal but it looked great as she danced:


and aishwarya in umrao jaan i think kinda started this trend, even before saawariya

the outfits were so nice

The yellow is nice, but it looks too costume-y, too 1980s/90s. and the other one is pretty too but the fitting doesnt look like it will suit anyone.
