I know Pishwass is fiitted from the waist but the empire waist and anarkali looks the same to me. And ladies with curves you can certainly wear em but the choice of the fabric should be kept in mind. The flowing fabrics like shiffons and gorgetts are very forgiving and dresses made with these would look nice on heavier bodies. Skinny girls can make one in cotton chunnri fabrics. As far as height is concerne tall girls look best in these long shirts but no worries for shorter people. If worn the right way any thing can look good.
