Added by infighting and no support from TRs in peshawar, this seat was lost. PTI voter simply did not come out. Bilour got his votes. PTI did not.

PTI also needs to improve its media campaign and focus on advertising its initiatives. Showbaziyan kerni parengi achay projects ki otherwise its a soft target and will continue to be targeted. Being a coalition govt, it has been slow to take off in kpk. However they have started sorting out the basis and laying out foundation with impressive laws and initiatives.

turn out was 12% as per OP. but the question remains unanswered why Peshaweris chose to stay at home, after they have got won IK just 2 months back. The answer is probably PTI's internal rifts, wrong candidate, but people from this constituency are also complaining about the rude behavior of PTI's leadership. They have given their decision against all this mismanagement and taken for granted attitude. So PTI should learn and move on.
Its not a big issue at the end of the day. election main ek jeet ta hai, ek harta hai.... haarne wala should consider the reasons behind defeat seriously and address the concerns of people (whether they are 1% or more than 50% without saying that its being exaggerated ).
so who said PTI is saying tht tehya re doing 100 % percent correct. we all said here PTI needs to learn no one is justifying them un necessary. and I clearly said it was because of PTI internal conflicts n choice of wrong candidate n more over bilour was very strong candidate ppl voted for him. but this doesn't mean to sit down n start doing comparison of votes of general election and by elections and then making exact calculation of the votes , thts bit unnecessary and exaggeration

PTI should display KPK govt's people pictures, absolutely! not IK's. but right now it's gonna happen I am afraid.
What I mean by showbazian is projecting your good projects. (not laptops or sitting in minar-e-pakistan etc). Praising yourself on good initiatives is a showbazi too (and not what SS does on lame projects). Otherwise rest of the pakistan will neither notice nor care. This is a lesson learnt. An effective PR campaign.
