And your second point DOES MOT MAKE ANY SENSE prabably you must have gone to your GALLI MOHALLAY KA GYM where trainers know nothing, I was talking about proper trainers the ones who are truly passionate have studied for years and have in depth knowledge of both the physical side but the nutritional and psychological side also.

You will have to show me the evidence of it that most personal trainer go through a weight loss journey.

And since you go to a very upscale gym who would only employ people who have years and years of study and appropriate credentials to train people, then most likely the fat lady too has the required knowledge and expertise.
