I have a silly question.. when people say it's late, are we counting from the day it was "supposed" to come or the first day of last cycle?

^ it might be worthwhile to go and try to figure out why your period was so late. if you aren't already, start tracking your periods from first day of spotting, mark first day of full flow and last day too. its worth a LOT when you're trying to concieve to know exactly what your cycles are up to.
gtg, if your cycles are regular, then you measure from the day its supposed to arrive. if you have irregular cycles, it'll be hard to know when it was supposed to come, you know?

ur right …i have been tracking for a while…and **my cycles have always been very regular…im just worried why they have started to get irregular as soon ive started trying to conceive..

Periods are not here as yet...i plan to do the test again in a day or two....my nauseous feeling has increased....although i take prenatals with meal and at night...but still its not helping. I was a tea and coffee person but now i dont feel like having any of it specially coffee....i have reduced my full mug of tea to half in breakfast. Chicken kababs, minced meat and vegetable pulao (dont know why...had at dinner once and the next day just couldnt have it) are turning me off ! i hope i have some good news to share with you all.....im just delaying my test as i dont want my hopes to get shattered again! :( but lets see....i plan to do the test in next few days!
