HOWEVER if you did have a positive that went away, it is possible that you had a chemical pregnancy, meaning you could've had a fertilized egg but the body rejects it for a variety of reasons (apparently this is what happens 70% of the time! -- it's a wonder people get pregnant!). Anyway, I think from what you've described, maybe it wasn't a positive.
The best thing is to get a blood test done, since your period hasn't shown up. In the meantime, you could try a different brand test.

true....the tests ive recently been using were the internet cheapies...dont know their reliability

tried booking doctors appointment today....and found out doctor is away till next week....i'll just have to wait although the wait is driving me crazy now...i just want to know either way ..is that too much to ask for :(

Did yountell them what it's for. You may not need to see e doc to get the blood test done!
yeah i told the receptionist she was very nice and helpful and said i will have to see the doctor....although she has booked me an appointment with the nurse so i can get her advice too...but she said its better to see the doctor...

How long will you have to wait for the result? here where i live, they do urine tests and the result can take 1 week. I dont have the patientce to wait one week so keep doing tests lol .

Ok....for abt a week i have been feeling so tired and sleepy, body aches, nauseous at times, loss of appetite and these weird twinges below my belly button on right and left sides. Also gas and heartburn sometimes. Did a test yesterday, it was negative (it was not my morning first urine). AF was due on 27th...i dont want to elevate my hopes....i have been recently put on metformin and prenatals (like since 2 weeks) so i guess probably its their side effects! I will repeat the test in a week....just wanted to share! Remember me in prayers!
I hope these twinges mean something!
