i used to have the same exact problem, so my gynecologist gave me tablets, where each is equal to about 3 advils. i suggest you definitely take at least two advils righttt before u get it, or as soon as u feel pain, and lay down with something warm around your stomach.

I cant begin to tell you what kind of hell i go through each month when my period starts , the 1st day means unbearable pain accompanied by vomiting
i cannot get up from the bed but at the same time lying down doesnt help either. my pain is reallly reallly intense.
at times i have a lot of pain which i can bear , but at times the pain is so so unbearable that i am convinced i will die.
i can take pain pretty well ,like im not the sensitive type
so what i want to know ladies how do you cope with your pain
what meds do you take or is there anything you do that has helped you.
paracetamol doenst help me , neither does ibuprofen , neither does a hot water bottle and i tried feminax which nearly killed me .
hi...plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz stp takin any medicine for pdz pain..if u r havin pain durin that t shows u r ovulating well...instead of goin 4 any drugs plz preffer herbal remedies for that...go for SUPARI PAK by hamdard...1 t spoon full wth water or luke warm milk...or jst put a t spn full of extra virgin olive oil in a cup of hot milk 4 that matter..and if anybdy is having the prob of distrbd cycle etc plz go for the following remedy...
sabit ispaghoul( thats brownish in color) kalonji..mathray and ajwaeen...take all of em in equal quantity...preserv in a jar...take a pinch wth normal water b4 u slp n a pinch in morning empty stomach...and yes ...for the pain..massage ur feet well wth some oil esp the base of ur feet and those two round structures near ur fingers of the feet that r called BREASTS OF THE FEET ..massage the point xactly located in the center of those 2 round structures...i hope all these remedies vl work inshALLAH ....b happy..kp urself relaxd...:)
